The Biotherm example
Biotherm is revitalising
its training programmes thanks to PowerVote®
Every year, the Training department
of Biotherm France designs training programmes for the sales
teams in its distribution network. In total, 1,113 pharmacies
and 1,302 perfume shops have been involved, including Marionnaud,
Sephora, Nocibé, Elytis, Les Galeries Lafayette, Le
Printemps, ... The themes include the identity and positioning
of the brand, the performance and the technical nature of
the product ranges, sales techniques and growth and new products.
Throughout each training session, the participants equipped
with PowerVote electronic voting keypads respond in teams
to a series of questions, in order to validate their understanding
of the messages.
