’s Leadership Conference saw CEO Christoph Franz announce a rigorous austerity programme, with targets for new savings of €1.5 billion and a streamlined corporate structure.

A series of workshops and the PowerVote voting system helped the Board canvass more than 1,000 company executives at the conference. The feedback was used to influence the proceedings and to promote interaction throughout the event.

Whilst retaining key features that have contributed to its appeal such as vote tracking by individual or teams, instant results display, multi-level analyses of the data, rankings and leaderboards, PowerVote Quizz 2012 offers new features and functionality designed to enhance customer benefits and to boost the interactive experience.

Not least is the PowerVote Quizz 2012 free licence, which makes the voting system accessible globally. In addition, the new version of the voting software features improvements to its user-friendliness, increased efficiency, improved navigation tools, extended compatibility with other systems, and ease of use through more interactive functions. The product also enables remote voting, to facilitate multi-location events and voting using a combination of different devices such as voting keypads, mobile phones or tablets for example. Finally, for seamless running of the system there is built-in automatic checking of software updates.

plateauDior_MEP_2011PowerVote’s Shopping Race game has been customised for Parfums Christian Dior. The business-focused version of the game was designed to test sales staff on their knowledge of key brand messages during a series of events taking place as part of their United Kingdom road show this month. The Parfums Christian Dior Shopping Race simulates a department store where participants take the role of customers. It allows players to buy more or less Dior products, depending on their performance when answering multiple choice questions. The customised game provides the Training Department at Parfums Christian Dior with a fun and effective means to validate the knowledge acquired by the participants during the road shows.
